As someone who adores connecting with nature, I have been enticed by the concept of glamping ever since discovering it. Combining my love of the outdoors and my taste for comfort? I was immediately sold. Recently, I had the opportunity to go to York, United Kingdom to experience what glamping has to offer. I have to say, it was a journey I'll never forget!
From the moment I arrived, I was able to enjoy the beauty of nature in all its glory. The natural landscape was breathtaking and I was able to appreciate the beauty of rolling green hills, wild the fauna and clear, crisp air. All of that meant nothing, however, without the comfort of the glamping locations themselves!
Each site I stayed at was equipped with all the creature comforts to ensure an enjoyable getaway. I was able to sit out on the porch of my rustic cottage-style glamping accommodation and watch the stunning sunsets with only nature's constant soundscapes to keep me company. It was peaceful and the perfect way to rejuvenate.
Every morning I would wake up to find that the great outdoors hadn't lost any of its captivating beauty during the night. All of the treks and walks that I went on while there were an absolute dream. With spectacular vistas, and opportunities to admire the flora no matter which direction I looked.
